Amisend antispam policy!
If you have received SPAM or unwanted email from addresses ending with amisend.com, please forward the email to us at abuse@amisend.com. SPAM is the number one priority for us and we do not want users to abuse our servers and giving badwill to our company!
Amisend is intended for companies whom are in a need of sending newsletters and email marketing to their clients and business contacts or new clients who have give their consent of receiving email for your company. We consider SPAM to be unsolicited mail to an email address where the owner have not given their consent. Every email from the Amisend program has an link for unsubscribing your email from the list of recipients. Use this link and if you are still getting emails contact first the sender then our staff at Amisend.
What is SPAM?
Sending information about your company in a nonselling way and require a meeting / contact is not SPAM, that is only doing business. But adding people to your sendlist at Amisend and sending unsolicited newsletters is sending SPAM and is a violation of your contract with Amisend. In most countries this is also considered a crime.

We inspect every email of abuse sent to us. If we find a client in our system guilty of sending SPAM that account will be deleted immediatly and the fees payed will not be refunded!
